• Call us for a Contract of Sale. Fill in the blanks provided throughout the document: buyer name,dates, physical address and purchase price. 
• We will discuss the best format to purchase the property per your needs.
• Once you have decided to purchase, we will send contract to be signed and returned.
• Next, Spartan Corps will call fax the attorney the contract to start the process, and help you secure insurance, if applicable.
• Contractor, property manager, cleaning crews, etc. will be contacted and numbers exchanged as needed.
• When ready to close, we will contact you to review final numbers.
• After numbers have been reviewed and discussed, then we will proceed to close the transaction. Our infrastructure is set up to accommodate out of state buyers.
• Once transaction has been completed, we look forward to helping you and your business associates acquiring another property as well as maintain the portfolio.
